It features 5 removable chromeplated cooking racks that can accommodate various sizes of meat, providing a total smoking area of 855 SQIN. The builtin hooks at the top of the chamber are good for smoking long cuts of meats

We also provide a water pan to keep the meat tender and add a distinctive smoky flavor

Moreover, using the charcoal pan together with the offset smoker can increase the temperature during offset smoking, accelerating food maturation and reducing waiting time
• 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: We have designed an adjustable air vent at the bottom of the side fire chamber, which, together with the chimney on the main barrel smoker, effectively extend the air path and enhance food flavor.
